THE BASICS OF ELECTRICITY, 20 July 2022, 11:00-12:00, EMA Virtual Event
During the upcoming EMA workshop we will go back to basics of what electricity is and how it gets from generation to use. The session’s focus will be on the time of day charges, day, night, Distribution Use of System (DUoS) and Transmission Network Use of System (TNUoS) to allow those with no power engineering background to appreciate the grid system.
The session will be delivered by Eugene Bryce who is an established energy and carbon engineer with over twenty years of experience in the energy utilities sector, particularly electrical transmission and distribution.
