We are seeking applications from professionals with several years’ experience in energy management or sustainability, with a track record of delivering measurable energy performance improvements. The entry should reflect the entrant's industry knowledge and experience, their achievements and initiatives to promote energy efficiency, and include overall savings and energy/carbon reduction achieved for their organisation.
We are inviting entries from professionals who believe they meet these criteria, as well as nominations from colleagues and peers. Entrants will be required to demonstrate their impact and achievements, supported by clear examples and measurable results.
Example roles include Energy Manager, Senior Energy Manager, Energy Efficiency Manager, Energy Performance Manager, Energy Reduction Manager and Decarbonisation Manager; technical roles such as Energy Engineer and Building Services Engineer (energy-focused); operational roles such as Facilities Manager (with primary energy responsibility) and Estates Manager (energy-led role); and sustainability-focused positions including Sustainability Manager, Head of Sustainability, Sustainability Lead, Sustainability Director, Carbon Manager, Carbon Reduction Manager and Environmental Manager.

We are inviting entries from teams who believe they meet these criteria, as well as nominations from colleagues and peers. Entrants will be required to demonstrate their impact and achievements, supported by clear examples and measurable results.

We are seeking in-house and embedded professionals who play an enabling role in delivering effective energy management and sustainability performance within their organisation. The entry should reflect excellence in the use of data, digital systems, technical expertise and operational insight to optimise energy use, improve efficiency, and support carbon reduction goals. The category is specifically intended for internal and embedded roles working directly within organisations, rather than external consultants or advisory providers.
We are inviting entries from professionals who believe they meet these criteria, as well as nominations from colleagues and peers. Entrants will be required to demonstrate their impact, supported by clear examples and measurable results.

Team members undertake energy management, sustainability, carbon reduction, environmental awareness or related activities on a voluntary basis, working collaboratively to identify opportunities, deliver improvements and drive positive change across their organisation. Entries should demonstrate evidence of innovation, engagement, measurable outcomes and lasting impact, including reductions in energy use, carbon emissions and resource consumption, as well as initiatives that promote sustainable behaviours and practices.

Submissions must clearly evidence impact and achievements, supported by robust examples, measurable outcomes and demonstrable results.

Decarbonisation Project
of the Year

We are seeking applications on energy, sustainability and/or engineering projects that have been successfully implemented and savings achieved can be demonstrated. All projects, including but not limited to optimisation, upgrading, replacing or behaviour change, that have been implemented and resulted in a reduction of carbon emissions for the organisation will be accepted. The project results should be able to demonstrate successful implementation, reduction and savings achieved.
