EMA Energy Management in Practice Training Programme (LEC 3)

 

The EMA has produced a training programme for individuals interested to gain knowledge needed to operate effectively as an energy manager in a workplace. The programme is intended for candidates who are:

  • - Up-skilling their existing energy management knowledge and skills
  • - Re-skilling from other professions such as sustainability, environment, facilities and engineering
  • - Interested to become energy managers
  • - Newly appointed energy managers

Knowledge and Skills' Gap Analysis Interview:

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS' GAP ANALYSIS INTERVIEW - On Request
The aim of the Gap Analysis Interview is to match and compare candidates' knowledge and skills that they currently have against those that are needed for their role of well-rounded energy managers and their long term professional development.
As a result of the Interview, candidates receive verbal and written information, advice and guidance on what courses to focus in order to advance their energy management knowledge.
Interview dates are set up on request.
Location: London
Format: face-to-face discussion, approximately 60-90 minutes
Interview fee: £250+VAT
