PPAs have become a topic for discussion recently as government subsidies disappear. They are now being used more often, particularly to fund renewable energy generation projects by putting in place long term arrangements to sell the energy generated. However, there are different types of PPAs with varying duration and conditions and they can be on-site or grid-based.
This workshop will cover what PPAs are, the basic types, how they work, and their advantages and limitations.
