Description
ENERGY MARKET UPDATE – EMA Workshop – 7 July 2025, 14:00-15:00, EMA Live Virtual Event
The recent raising of geopolitical risk and conflict is creating uncertainty across energy markets, even though major oil and gas infrastructure and supply routes have, so far, avoided significant disruption. This, alongside other factors such as planned and unplanned maintenance, weather issues and demand trends will likely continue to cause market volatility, depending on how events unfold.
This workshop will focus on reviewing the recent and current market prices for wholesale gas and electricity, what has been driving these prices and how they have been impacted by recent events. The session will also examine what the continued impact may be over the next year and what it will mean for organisations and energy management, it will cover key discussion points and give attendees ample time to ask questions.
