Leon Korner, the Trust’s Energy & Sustainability Manager, focuses on the challenge of improving energy efficiency and decarbonising heat at one of the largest NHS trusts in the country. He explains where they started and the journey so far, as well as how they propose to get to the NHS’ Net Zero 2040 target whilst also identifying some of the challenges along the way and how they may be overcome.
