ESOS Phase 3: Pre Onboarding exercise for the ESOS Phase 3 IT System
You might be aware that a new ESOS IT system is being developed to allow participants to complete the reporting requirements for Phase 3.
The new system requires that each organisation’s Responsible Undertaking registers for an account. To try and make this as easy as possible the Environment Agency needs to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information for your Responsible Undertaking. When the new system goes live, they can then contact the right people to provide a unique link in order to complete registration.
To achieve this, the Environment Agency asks that you complete a simple on-line form which requires basic company and contact information as well as the name of your Lead Assessor. This should take no longer than 5 minutes to do.
Where Lead Assessors are completing this information on behalf of participants, it is important to ensure that the Relevant Undertaking Primary Contact details/email are of a participant employee.
