TOPIC: IMPOSTER SYNDROME

Join us on Thursday, 2 September 2021 at 12:30 pm for a virtual meeting of the EMA Empowering Women in Energy Management and Environment Group.

This lunchtime session will be devoted to the topic of imposter syndrome which has been identified as one of the main obstacles to progressing into leadership positions by women in energy management, sustainability and environmental roles. Led by questions from Gillian Brown, the Group’s Chair, Dr Lorna Morrow, Psychology Lecturer at the University of Glasgow will share her insights into this topic and what might help to overcome it.
