Caroline Holman, FIET, MISEP, CEnv, MEMA (EMA Chair)

Caroline is a Chartered Environmentalist with the Institute of Sustainability & Environmental Professionals (ISEP), Fellow and Chartered Engineer with the Institute of Engineering Technology (IET), and Board member of the Energy Managers Association (EMA).

She has over 30 years’ experience in the automotive, utilities and real estate sectors covering manufacturing, energy / carbon management, supply chain, NZ transition strategies and leadership (CSR, Policy, Net Zero, ESG & Risk).

In her current role as ESG Manager at LCP UK, Caroline is responsible for sustainability and environmental compliance across a diverse estate of industrial, retail, leisure and residential properties.
