Group Operational Energy Manager, Ibstock

Richard joined Ibstock in March 2023 following a 25-year tenure at Marshalls, where he started as an electrical engineer apprentice, and progressed through various roles to the sustainability team, where he was the Group Carbon and Energy Manager for the last five years with the company. In his current role, Richard’s focus is on the delivery of Ibstock’s energy reduction and support of the 2030 carbon reduction target to achieve 40% carbon reduction and 2040 net zero target.
