EMA Fellowship Renewal Process

To renew your existing EMA Fellow status, you must complete a two-step process:

Step 1 – PAYMENT OF AN ADMINISTRATION FEE
The administration fee payable is £180+vat. Please pay the administration fee and make a note of the order number, which you will be required to input into the below questionnaire. The link is included in the relevant section of the questionnaire as well.

Those Fellows who are in full-time retirement can be exempt from the payment of the administration fee. Exemption due to full-time retirement can only be applied by contacting the EMA HERE.

Step 2 – COMPLETE A RENEWAL QUESTIONNAIRE BELOW
An opportunity to update the Fellow’s details and present evidence of activities undertaken during the required period in line with the Fellowship Terms and Conditions.

Please note that the Fellowship renewal cannot be processed without the completion of both steps outlined above. The Fellowship administration fee, which forms only the first step of the two-step renewal process, is non-refundable and the renewal questionnaire must also be submitted to the EMA within 20 business days of the fee payment date. If the 20 business days submission window is missed, a new fee payment will be required.
