Caroline is a graduate of Kingston University with 28 years automotive experience covering Process Engineering, Production Management, Supply Chain / Logistics, Corporate Social Responsibility, Energy & Carbon Management and more recently Facilities Management (Utilities).
As well as leading large scale transformational projects including low carbon technologies from feasibility (technical and commercial) to delivery, she has also acted as an internal consultant on regulatory compliance (ESOS, SECR etc.), government consultations and advising property and operational teams on BREEAM (Energy), Energy Management (ISO50001), whole life cost / impact, resilience (Enterprise Risk Management – ERM), infrastructure optimisation and energy saving project planning and investment.
In May 2019 Caroline took up a new position as Business Unit General Manager at Actemium Birmingham (part of Vinci Energies). Actemium Birmingham provides engineering design, project management, installation and maintenance services for electrical installations and data networks.
Caroline is a Practitioner with the Institute of Environmental Managers & Assessor (IEMA) and a registered mentor with the Institute of Engineering Technology (IET) and Institute of Mechanical Engineers (IMechE); supporting and coaching young engineers through Continuous Professional Development (CPD) and ultimately professional registration.
