Rupert took his seat in the House of Lords in 1991 where he worked in a variety of roles (including Energy Spokesman for the Lib Dems) until he left to form ADBA in 2009. He stepped down as Chairman of ADBA to give EMA his full-attention in 2012.

Jana studied European Political Economy at the London School of Economics to follow a business and economics degree from the UCL. She is the interface between EMA clients and EMA initiatives.
Membership Coordinator and Executive Assistant
Prior to joining the EMA in November 2014, Edita worked in fashion wholesale industry. Her strong interpersonal skills are well utilised by coordinating EMA's growing membership as well as the busy office.
