ESOS Energy Audit: What to Consider and Include Workshop – 25 April 2024, 11:00-12:30, EMA Live Virtual Event
There are several reasons why organisations may require an energy audit. An ESOS energy audit does not only provide assurance to meet the compliance requirements but also serves to review and analyse organisation’s energy consumption and energy efficiency to find practical and cost-effective measures to achieve energy savings. Despite this, these audits can sometimes be seen as an interruption of an organisation’s business with little support from key stakeholders.
The upcoming workshop will examine what to consider and include in delivering an ESOS energy audit, from the preparation and planning process to reporting energy savings opportunities. It will also discuss what an auditor and/or ESOS Lead Assessor can expect when on site and how to deal with different types of stakeholders to ensure an effective outcome of an audit.
It is recommended that the workshop is attended by energy auditors, ESOS Lead Assessors, and all others who are involved in ESOS compliance and willing to improve and maintain ESOS audit quality.
The workshop will offer an opportunity to ask questions.
