This workshop was delivered as a step-by-step guidance to calculating greenhouse gas emissions. The workshop starts with an overview of the Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions and conversion factors which are used to report on greenhouse gas emissions. The session then takes you through examples of how to calculate energy use including transport, and demonstrates how to use the conversion spreadsheet for the purposes of calculating different emission scopes.
